South Royalton High School Athletics

Teamwork, fitness and health, school and community spirit, and fun are all important aspects of sports at South Royalton High School. All students are encouraged to participate in competitive sports at the JV and Varsity level.  If you are interested in participating in athletics at South Royalton School, please visit the online registration tab under athletics to download the guide and the required forms.



  •  As you know  Friday October 9th  is a half day which means dismissal is at  12:26 pm . Middle School Soccer Players need to be on the bus at  2:00 pm for an away game . To make life easier for everyone Mr. Romeo will make the MS Gym available for students that would have difficulties making it home and back again in the time between dismissal and the bus departure, so MS Soccer Players may remain at school until the bus leaves if they would like. If you would like your student to stay at school with Mr. Romeo please send either a note or an email letting him know: .
  • The Varsity soccer games that was cancelled on 9/29 @Blue Mtn. has been re-scheduled for Monday, October 12th at      4:30.  The bus will depart at 2:30 and teams will be dismissed at 2:20.
  • The Varsity  Soccer Game Scheduled for 10/10 @Rivendell has been re-scheduled for a 3:00 start!
  • The atthletic department will recognize senior soccer players at senior night on 10/13 at home vs. Twinfield.
  • The XC senior athletes will be recognized on 10/17 at the Bonfire
  • 10/17 “Kick-Hunger” Games
  • The Vermont Cross Country Championship is Saturday, October 31st.
